If you receive your ball opener damaged or it is faulty, simply take a photo of the damage and email us at email@example.com with your order number, within 60 days of purchase. Specify in your email whether you would like a full refund or a replacement copy. If you notify us that you would like a replacement, we will ship you another ball opener at no extra charge. If you notify us that you would like a refund, we will refund your money.
If for some reason Ballopener.com is unable to fill customer orders, because of stocking issues or any other issue, we will refund your order by crediting your credit card.
